Since taking over the show in January, we’ve been very busy revamping and enhancing the experience for our attendees and exhibitors. More than just a place to shop, Rock What You Got is an interactive hands-on showcase of innovators, thought leaders and brands that care about creating relationships with their customers and who are truly interested in changing the purchasing experience for women.
We are carefully crafting the day to provide attendees with interactive opportunities that showcase inspiring speakers, creative ideas, community engagement, useful products and services, technology and advocacy. Booths come with: Pipe, drape, 8ft table with linen and skirt, 2 chairs and a generic company sign along with 10 Free Tickets (20 for Double Corner) to use for booth staffing.
Special opportunity to be interviewed by Diana Pierce (or another interviewer) live at the event and streamed over our Facebook page as well as to have a customized video made for your company at the event. You will receive a copy of your video after the event is over to use in your marketing materials. Space is extremely limited and must be purchased prior to the event to reserve your spot. Each Exhibitor Registration receives the following:
- 10 exhibitor passes (20 for Double) for use by employees or staff of exhibitor. Passes are required for entrance to the event and access is available for exhibitor spaces and all workshops, speakers or other areas that are available to our general admission guests. Entertainment, VIP or other specially ticketed areas would require an upgrade (TBD).
- 2 passes to the Exhibitor VIP lounge where beverages, snacks, and other refreshments will be available. Passes are non-transferrable. Additional tickets can be purchased below.
- Website listing with link to your company's website. One shoutout in social media channels with a link back to your social media. We reserve the right to determine when and in what format this occurs. You may opt-out below.
- Internet is included and available to everyone during the expo for free.
- Exhibitor and Sponsor Pre-event Happy Hour. Come and network and meet other exhibitors at our pre-event happy hour about two weeks before the event. More details to come!
Q: Ownership and management has recently changed for the expo. How will it be different from the last one I attended?
A: It’s true, the Expo has changed hands as recently as [January 1, 2018] and since the one we held in March, we have spent considerable time in evaluating, researching and revamping the event so that it resonates more intimately with what women are looking for and to bring a valuable experience for their day away. This is an evolution, not a revolution, and our goal will be to continuously develop content and curate experiences that make our attendees happy and leave them wanting more.
Q. How will the Event be structured?
Rock What You Got is more than an expo. We are curating experiences that are interactive and hands-on where attendees can engage directly with our sponsors and exhibitors (i.e. makeovers, art, food, etc), see demonstrations on our cooking stage, take a fitness class, learn a new skill or even see some VIP entertainment. There will be plenty of time for shopping with our exhibitors and we will encourage everyone to have something active at their booths. We've found through our research that the best traffic and engagement comes when exhibitors have something for people to do at their booth.
Each day of the event will have a different theme and we will encourage attendees to buy two-day passes to experience everything.

Q: How do I become an Exhibitor?
A: It’s easy! Complete the short and easy application below. You’ll find booth options and pricing above as well as an information on payment options. Once your application has been approved to become a RWYG Exhibitor, we will send you an email along with information for completing your registration process.
Q: On the application. It asks if I’m a “Woman or Minority-owned business or both?” I know the answer to that question, but then the follow-up question asks me if my business is “certified” what does THAT mean?
A: Minority group members (MBE) are United States citizens who are Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American. Ownership by minority individuals means the business is at least 51% owned by such individuals or, in the case of a publicly-owned business, at least 51% of the stock is owned by one or more such individuals i.e. the management and daily operations are controlled by those minority group members. Woman-Owned Business Certification as a WBE must be at least 51% owned and controlled by a female U.S. citizen. There may be additional requirements dependent on who is issuing the certificate, for example, some states do not require a woman-owned business to be a small business. We will be selecting a small number of women and minority owned business to receive a 50% scholarship to participate as an exhibitor or to participate in our "Pop-up Shops."
